The ProStoryWriter desktop version works offline and allows you to generate prompts, notes, and custom content without an internet connection.

 

 

Important: While the desktop version works offline, ChatGPT or other third-party AI services require an internet connection. You cannot generate AI-written stories within ProStoryWriter without internet access, but you can save prompts and notes offline for later use.

 

 

3. Ownership and Usage Rights

 

All prompts, ideas, or notes generated by FreeStoryWriter/ProStoryWriter are free for you to use in any way, including personal, educational, or commercial projects.

 

Use of third-party services, such as ChatGPT, may be subject to their own terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those terms.

 

FreeStoryWriter and ProStoryWriter take no responsibility for any legal issues, disputes, or claims that may arise from your use of content or third-party services.

 

 

4. Intellectual Property

5. Payments and Desktop Version

 

The ProStoryWriter desktop version is available for a one-time fee of $5.00.

Payment grants a license to use the software offline. No subscription or recurring fees are required.

 

 

6. User-Generated Content

 

Custom options, prompts, or notes you add are stored locally on your device and remain your responsibility.

 

FreeStoryWriter/ProStoryWriter does not claim ownership of your content.

We are not responsible for loss of local data; we recommend keeping backups of important content.

 

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

 

 

FreeStoryWriter and ProStoryWriter are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with all devices.

Generated prompts are for inspiration only. The quality and suitability of the content is your responsibility.

 

 

Use of third-party services like ChatGPT is subject to those services’ terms and internet availability.
